Ultra High Pressure (40,000 Psi) Water Blasting
Shoreguard uses revolutionary NLB surface preparation robots to quickly, safely and cleanly remove old coatings from the substrate surface via vacuum and travel as directed by a UHP Technician via remote control. The SRT is environmentally friendly collecting 100% of the used water, removed coatings and rust. The coatings and used water are captured in a recovery Vessel where they are disposed of IAW with local government regulations. Finished surfaces are left dry and immediately ready for coatings application. We also offer the open lance method of water blasting via a hand held water jetting lance which is directed at the substrate to be cleaned by the UHP Technician. This method of water blasting may require some type of containment or barrier to collect and recover the resultant debris and water for disposal.
